We pick-up at four convenient locations on campus:

- St. Paul at Best Western Kelly Inn - West side of hotel (south side of Sears) at the far end of the Sears parking lot; 161 St. Anthony Ave. between Marion & Rice Streets (view map)

Where do the buses drop-off and pick-up in Appleton/Oshkosh?
We drop-off and pick-up at the following locations:

How do I pay?
You can easily pay online with a Check card or Credit card by clicking on the "reservations" page and selecting your trip details.
What amenities can I expect on the trip?
All of our luxury European touring coaches are equipped with a restroom, reclining seats, and TV screens. Many or our coaches also offer wireless internet.

To make your trip more enjoyable, we serve complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks.
How do I get my ticket?
Mad-Bus works from a reservation list, so you don't need to worry about a paper ticket. All you need to board is a Wisconsin student ID or other form of picture identification.

You will receive an email 24 hours prior to departure to provide the exact arrival time for your pick-up location.
What is the Mad-Bus Arrival-time Hotline?
For your safety, we are in constant contact with our buses when they are en route. Approximately 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time, we will update our estimated arrival time on our website and our toll-free hotline number (866-MAD-BUS-1)

If your provided your parents email address to us when you signed up, they will receive an email with how to access the arrival-time hotline prior to the trip.

How can I cancel my reservation?
You may cancel your round trip reservation for a $20 fee or your one way reservation for a $10 fee by emailing us the details of the trip you wish to cancel. All refunds will be made to the original credit card you used to purchase the reservation.

All cancellations must happen at at least 2 days prior to the FIRST departure date of the trip you wish to cancel. We can not accept any cancellations within 48 hours of the first departure date for any given trip.
How can I transfer my trip?
You may transfer a booked reservation to another scheduled trip within the same school year (e.g. 2007-2008) for a fee of $10. Qualifying transfer trips are any trips that appear under the "reservations" link at www.Mad-Bus.com. You may not transfer to a trip after June 30.

All transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the FIRST departure date of the trip you wish to transfer.
